Although I only actually started school on Wednesday, I’m already absolutely knackered!

Being a major stress-head, I’m worried just at the talk of exams. Every lesson I’ve had it’s been ‘GCSE, GCSE, GCSE’
I got the results for my first science module. I got a C. Being an absolute failure at Maths and Science, I was pretty relieved I’d at least got a pass. However, when I found out I was one mark off a B I was pretty gutted..
Strangely, it would have been easier to accept if I was two marks away rather than one. The fact that I made loads of stupid mistakes makes one point seem so… annoying!
The worst thing for me, however, is the pittying glances people give you when they say “A C’s good.” Yeah, right.
Ah well, these things happen.
I’m hoping I can maybe resit it.

Wednesday night, my new baby cousin was born. He was the first baby I’ve ever held and was barely a couple hours old.. I couldn’t put him down. He was so gorgeous!!
On my Mums side, myself and my brother are the only ones, soooo he’ll be treated like a little prince!

This weekend, I’ve decided I’m going to stay in my bed and..well.. sleep.
hoooooooowever. Being the lazy little girl I am, I have a whole new script to learn for Monday. “Romeo and Juliet” so it’s not as if I’ll be able to completely relax.

First of all, congrats to everyone in England today who recieved their GCSE results today! Hope you’re all happy with what you got. Specifically, a shout out to my friend Sinead (purely because I know she pops on here now and again) with your French and Science Results. You deserved it!

SO. Today, I am very proud of myself. I ACTUALLY DID SOMETHING OTHER THAN LIE IN BED TILL THE AFTERNOON.

I apologise for how rushed and unexplained this blog is, it’s late and it would end up way too long if I went in to detail. Leave me if a message if there’s anything that doesn’t make sense/you’re confused about. Also, still need to fix some things for this new layout, but other than that hope you like it!
It’s been quite a few weeks since I last logged on to my work account to type up my English Essay.. “How are symbols used in the novel to convey meaning?” which, I admit I’ve been ignoring for weeks. After a LOT of moaning and a couple hours of writers block, I managed to bash out a decent essay of 1,399 words.  Though I do need to do a lot of editing to it, I’m just so relieved I atleast have something!

& Also tomorrow I’m going round to a friend’s house to double check my Science Project. (she’s in my class and I missed a couple of lessons.) so I’m in work mode all of a sudden!

Sorry, I know I’m ranting, it’s just I haven’t blogged in such a long time!!!

“I know” you’re probably all thinking. “lazy shit.”

ALSO, I’d forgotten I never actually mentioned this, but recently I’ve been to the dentist and had THIS fixed.

Basically, it’s called “clearstep” and I have to wear it for atleast 22 hours per day.  After a day or two, the pain isn’t so bad. HOWEVER. It’s a bloody pain in the arse. Every single time I eat I hate to wash it, brush my teeth, mouthwash, dental floss.. the whole lot. Which may sound simple, but when you’re out and about it’s such a pain.
Strangely though, I’ve noticed one big difference. Because I’ve had to plan my meal times, i’ve been eating a whole lot less.. which is GREAT! & I can’t bite my nails!!!!!!!!!!!!! yayyyyyyyyyyyyy
Dad, the idiot, put it in the bin before though because I’d forgotten to put it in the box thingy it came with.

Well I’d better get to bed. It’s now 03:22 and I’m supposed to be up at 9. eeeek. See what I do for you guys? True devotion that is, true love.

PS: Another blog up soon. I started writing it before but then realised it would be too long to put in to this blog.
PPS: I’m blaming the crappiness of this blog on the time, rather than my abilities to blog about numerous things at once ;)

So obviously, we were absolutely gutted ( I know myself and Sinead were anyway…) The WHOLE day, I had nothing on my mind but English, English, English.

Anyone who knows me well enough knows that English is really important to me,  so I started worrying with the usual “Oh my god, what if I’ve only got a C“.. “What if I have to write it all over again“ bla bla.

In the end my teacher rang up the man who had marked our essays and thankfully he knew what I’d got…

So it’s all good! Panic over I’m reallllyyyyyyy happy with my result.

SO anyway moving on as you can kind of tell from the first part of blog title, this is going to be a kind of boring subject…
Basically I’ve got a few exams coming up, so I just want to let  you all know  I’m not abandoning you, I’m just having fun… revising.

Once I’ve got my Maths and Science out of the way, I can (kind of) relax, but until then-

so as of yesterday, my Easter holidays began. BUT I’m not happy See my Bestfriend AND my Mum don’t break up ’till next week, which will be my last week. I’m sounding ungreatful, ‘cept in my eyes it’s better for them as in the long run, I’ll have gone back to school and they’ll be off

The problem is, after every holiday – without fail! – I regret lazying around all the time doing nothing. But seriously, there’s nothing to do! I’ve watched about a dozen DVD’s already!

& I don’t even get a lie in because my cousin’s in my room and he still has to get up for school.

Anyway, on a plus side it was Mums birthday yesterday and she had a great time

I bought her a money planner (lol!) some bath bombs shaped as flowers and some Thornton’s Chocolates

this isn’t particularly a long blog.. just thought I’d drop in to say a hello – & also to rant as usual!

I can’t remember if I’ve mentioned it in any of my previous blogs, but i’ve decided to go back to ballet! I haven’t been in around 3/4 years so i’m UBER anxious. because…

A: I don’t remember any of it

B: I’m scared some of the people will be horrible/stuck up.

C: I look like a whale in a leotard.

Anyway, I’m going with two other friends and my teacher isn’t particularly strict, so hopefully tonight will be fun… I really hope  I enjoy it!  Plus, to be fair, myself and one of the friends have been before years ago, where one of them hasn’t.

I’ll be sure to blog tomorrow to fill you all in! ;)

Hey bloggers! woah. it’s been a while since I last signed into wordpress to type up a new blog. Apologies to all my affies – I haven’t exactly been active!

A weekend or so ago I flew to Dublin with my family to celebrate my Mum’s relatives 50th wedding anniversary.

Entertainment was provided by Nanna, who set the beeper off as we went through the security. We stayed in a best western which was Lush!!! I got off the plane thinking we were headed towards a tiny cottage!

As always something has to go wrong after a great day; and it did! Nanna and Grandad ended up having a shouting match whilst the rest of us awkwardly sat in silence along with the rest of the diners in the restaurant. It resulted in Nanna storming off to the Ladies’ followed by Mum, so when the food came I was the only girl left and therefore had to search for the toilets (in a massive hotel!) to tell them the food had arrived.

So when I finally found the toilets I was pretty impressed with myself – remember I’m the girl who’s sense of direction is none existent!

I walked straight in to find that it was empty. Strange? But as I walk out and see THIS

sign I realise why they weren’t in there. And to add to the uber embarrassment two men walk straight passed me (baring in mind i’m still stood INSIDE the mens loos staring at the front of the door) they both shared a look which was my queue to disappear. Embarrassing or what?!

The following day wasn’t any better either. I’d been sat on a chair after a boring day of watching my auntie try tons and tons of clothes on in Marks and Spencers and some how managed to set off a ruddy fire extinguisher whilst leaning on the edge of the chair where, unknown to me, the fire extinguisher was also. safe to say i fail at life Mortified, I had to get up and go and tell a member of staff, who called a cleaner to clean it all up.

At Dublin airport on the way back to Manchester, it was my turn to set off the beeper at the security check. Even though you know you aren’t a bomber, you feel as if you have to let everyone know your not, so I put on a guilty smile whilst being patted down by the scary security woman. bad times.

Hope you all have a lovely week off (if you are in fact off like me) and also a shout out to my best friend Bronagh, who’s birthday it was last week – HAPPY FOURTEENTH!
